Our students come with a genuine call for the ministry. This helps in their personal life through prayer, Bible devotion, and fasting. They also grow in holy life. They learn to preach well. They also develop other ministry skills.
There is still a great need for them to develop in the areas of commitment, faith, and sacrifice. They need to improve their academic standard.

The faculty are instructed to give more attention in order to strengthen the weaker areas of their lives.
We do bring in experienced pastors and leaders occasionally to the campus to conduct short seminars. That well help them to develop in these areas.
We also seek the help of many of our senior pastors to mentor our students in our internship.
