1. How is the institution funded? Please present an analysis of your income by sources. Which of thee are assured? Which are subject to interruption? What plans exist to reduce the program’s dependency in interruptible income sources?

The Local A.G Churches in Tamilnadu are supporting regularly. Efforts have been taken to raise funds from A.G Churches in Tamilnadu and elsewhere. The students fees are spent on their food expenses.

2. If the institution is funded by external (overseas) source, is there any plan to be fully self-supporting and to a greater extent truly nationalized in leadership?

The students pay for their food. The other needs are met by the support that comes from the A.G churches.

3. List any pressing needs facing your program with respect to human, material, or financial resources. What steps are being taken to address these needs?

None.

4. Describe the accounting and auditing systems used in the institution. Are these serving the purpose well? if not, what changes should be adopted?

There is a full time Bursar do take care of the accounts and finances. Auditing is done by a registered chartered Accountant.

5. Please provide a summary of the salary scales, basic salary, allowances, etc for full-time faculty and staff of the institutions. Is there a ranking system for the faculty and staff? If so, please provide a copy of the scheme for the ranking system?

So far the faculty and staff have been receiving a salary and other benefits regularly. There is a need to raise the salary scale.

6. What other contribution are there for increase in salary and promotion other than ranking criteria? When was the scales last reviewed?

The salary scale is being revised annually during the Board Meeting.

7. What are the strengths and areas needing improvement in the finance component? How do you plan to achieve these improvements?

Salary needs to be raised according to qualifications and experience. To meet there needs (a) more funds need to be raised from the churches. (b) Students fees must be raised.
